Changing Course: FS Energy & Power Fund
FS Energy & Power Fund, soon to be FS Specialty Lending Fund, has a long secondary market history.
In a recent SEC filing, the Fund announced plans to pursue a strategic shift in the fund's investment strategy along with a liquidity event "within three years" of the effective date of the change which is expected by the end of the third quarter of this year.
The news is unlikely to reverse the downward trend in transaction price given the extended liquidity timeline.
