American Healthcare REIT: Comrit Decreases Tender Price

Comrit has lowered their bid for American Healthcare REIT (NYSE: AHR) from $13.15 to $5.23 according to an 8-K filed by the newly listed REIT.
The new tender offer price is 62% below where liquid shares trade on the NYSE and 43% below where illiquid shares trade on the secondary market.
